Replacing the Whirlpool WP2212648 BUTTON-PLG
1. Unplug your appliance before beginning the repair.
2. Remove the screws around the console of the appliance and set aside.
3. Locate the old Whirlpool WP2212648 BUTTON-PLG and disconnect it from any wiring harnesses that are attached to it.
4. Remove the old button-plg and install the new one in its place. Make sure it is securely fastened into place.
5. Reconnect any wiring harnesses that were connected to the old button-plg.
6. Reattach the screws you removed in step 2 and plug your appliance in.
7. Test the new button-plg to make sure it is functioning properly.
