Replacing the Whirlpool WP62750 SPACER
1. Unplug the dryer and shut off the gas or turn the circuit breaker off.
2. Remove the lint filter housing. Start by removing the screws that secure the filter to the lint chamber. Using a flathead screwdriver, push out the spring tabs that are connecting the lint filter housing to the venting system.
3. Once the lint filter housing is removed, locate the Whirlpool WP62750 spacer.
4. Unscrew the old spacer and remove it from the lint chamber.
5. Install the new spacer in the same place as the old one was. Make sure the spacer is seated firmly in the lint chamber.
6. Reinstall the lint filter housing and secure it with the appropriate screws and spring tabs.
7. Turn on the gas or circuit breaker and plug the dryer in.
Your Whirlpool WP62750 SPACER has now been successfully replaced!
