Step by Step Guide to Replacing the Whirlpool W11415783 SEAL DOOR
1. Prepare for the installation by gathering the necessary tools and replacement parts. A Phillips-head screwdriver, a putty knife, a pair of pliers, and the W11415783 replacement seal door should be acquired.
2. Unplug the refrigerator from the wall outlet.
3. Open the freezer door and locate the screws on the top trim of the door frame.
4. Use the Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the screws and then pull down the door trim to expose the upper seal.
5. Use the putty knife to release the seal and then remove it completely.
6. Insert the new W11415783 seal door into the top trim with the help of pliers.
7. Secure the seal door in place with the screws.
8. Plug the appliance back into the wall socket and test if the seal is properly installed.
9. Close the freezer door and you’re done!
