How to Replace the WP3392519 Whirlpool Thermal Fuse

If your Whirlpool dryer is not working properly, it may be due to a faulty thermal fuse. Replacing the WP3392519 Whirlpool thermal fuse is a relatively simple DIY task. Follow these steps and you will have your Whirlpool dryer running again in no time!

Tools Needed:
-Phillips screwdriver
-Flathead screwdriver

Instructions:
1. Unplug the power cord of your Whirlpool dryer from the outlet. This is for your safety.

2. Locate and remove the back panel of the dryer. The panel is usually held in place with Phillips screws.

3. Remove the old thermal fuse, which is located on top of the blower housing. Use the flathead screwdriver to loosen the mounting screws.
