WP8066018 Whirlpool Spring Assembly
This Dishwasher Detergent Lid Spring holds the lid to the detergent securely so it can open and close properly. If your dishwasher isn't dispensing detergent, or if the spring is damaged, it may need to be replaced. The part is located on the inside right of the dishwasher door. Separate the lid from the pin with a flat blade screwdriver, pull out the pin and remove the old spring.
