Step 1: Unplug the power cord to your Whirlpool 67004040 Bucket, Ref DR (MED) from the wall.
Step 2: Use a pair of pliers to disconnect the drain hose from the outlet underneath the bucket.
Step 3: Gently pull the bucket out from underneath the sink and set it aside.
Step 4: Remove the old bucket by unscrewing the retaining bolts that are located on either side.
Step 5: Place the new Whirlpool 67004040 Bucket, Ref DR (MED) onto the retaining bolts and fasten the screws.
Step 6: Reconnect the drain hose and plug the power cord back into the wall.
Step 7: Verify that the Whirlpool 67004040 Bucket, Ref DR (MED) is securely in place and that the drain hose is tightly connected.
Step 8: Fill the bucket with water and check for any leaks.
