DIY Instructions for Replacing a Whirlpool WP12575501 Switch-LI
1. Unplug the refrigerator from the wall socket and turn off the water supply to the refrigerator.
2. Remove the access panel from the top of the refrigerator and locate the switch-LI.
3. Disconnect the wires from the switch-LI.
4. Unscrew the two mounting screws securing the switch-LI to the cabinet and remove the switch-LI.
5. Install the new switch-LI in the same location and secure with the two mounting screws.
6. Reconnect the wires to the new switch-LI.
7. Replace the access panel and plug the refrigerator back into the wall socket.
8. Turn on the water supply to the refrigerator and test the switch-LI to make sure it is working correctly.
