DIY Guide to Replacing a W10763667 Whirlpool Drawer Glide
Replacing the drawer glide on your Whirlpool fridge is an easy job that requires minimal tools. Follow the steps below to get your old glide out and the new one in quickly and safely.
Tools Needed:
• Phillips screwdriver
• Flathead screwdriver
Step 1: Unplug the refrigerator and remove any items stored in the drawers.
Step 2: Remove the screws from the back of the glide. Carefully use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws that secure the glide to the interior wall of the appliance. If necessary, you can use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the glide away from the wall if it is stuck.
Step 3: Disconnect the wiring to the glide. Gently pull the wiring away from the glide and set it aside for later reconnection.
Step 4: Remove the old glide. Pull the glide away from the fridge and discard it.
Step 5: Install the new glide. Slide the new glide into place and make sure it is properly seated against the interior wall of the appliance.
