Step 1: Gather the necessary tools. You will need new Speed Queen 205217P KIT ASSY PUMP-COMP-(VIB-WELD), a flat head screwdriver, and a hex key.

Step 2: Unplug the electrical power source for the appliance.

Step 3: Locate the pump assembly in the back of the appliance.

Step 4: Remove the screws from the motor mounting plate with a flat head screwdriver.

Step 5: Disconnect the wiring harness to the motor.

Step 6: Using a hex key, remove the mounting bolts from the pump assembly.

Step 7: Lift the pump assembly off the machine and discard the old part.
