This Range Sealed Gas Burner Head Assembly directs your oven's gas to the burner head. If the ceramic is cracked on your range or if the burner no longer ignites, replacing this part may alleviate these issues. To install the new part, remove the old burner assembly by turning it counter clockwise by hand. If you are unable to loosen the old burner by hand, using a strap wrench may help. When you remove the ground and the spark wires from the old burner head, make sure they don't fall back into the range top. Turn the new burner head clockwise to lock when replacing. Replacing this part will require no disassembly or repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing. Also turn off the gas supply that's connected to your range.
