WP213045 Whirlpool Dishwasher Tub to Pump Hose
The Top Load Washer Tub to Pump Hose stretches from the lower tub into the drain pump and helps remove waste water from the appliance during operation. If water is leaking from the bottom of the washer, the current hose could be cracked or damaged and require replacement. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the washing machine and novice repair experience. You must unplug the washer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also make sure you turn off the hot and cold water supplies. Replacing the Whirlpool WP213045 Drain Hose
Tools needed:
• Adjustable wrench
• Pliers
• New Whirlpool WP213045 Drain Hose
Instructions:
1. Locate your dishwasher’s drain hose and determine if it's the correct match for the Whirlpool WP213045 Drain Hose.
2. Turn off the water supply to the dishwasher. This can usually be done by turning off the valves under the sink.
3. Using an adjustable wrench, loosen the clamp that holds the drain hose in place.
4. Remove the old drain hose and dispose of it properly.
5. Insert the new Whirlpool WP213045 Drain Hose into the hole in the dishwasher and make sure it is fitted securely.
6. Place the clamp back in place and tighten it securely with the adjustable wrench.
7. Turn the water supply back on and make sure there are no leaks.
