Step-by-Step DIY Instructions on Replacing the WPW10318953 Whirlpool Wire Shelf
1. Unplug your refrigerator from the wall outlet and prepare to replace the shelf.
2. Remove all items stored on the existing shelf that you are replacing.
3. Locate the shelf frame by eyeing the sides of the refrigerator and gently pull out the shelf frame. Once the frame is pulled out, you will see two posts at the bottom of the frame.
4. Unscrew the two posts and remove the frame.
5. Remove the broken wire shelf from the refrigerator.
6. Place the new WPW10318953 Whirlpool wire shelf into the refrigerator.
7. Screw the two posts back into the bottom of the frame and push the frame back into the refrigerator.
8. Replace all items stored on the shelf.
9. Plug in your refrigerator.
