DIY Instructions for Replacing a Whirlpool WP67003572 Handle
1. Gather the necessary tools. You will need a flat-head screwdriver, Phillips head screwdriver, and needle-nose pliers.
2. Disconnect the power source to the appliance by unplugging it or turning off the power at the circuit breaker.
3. Open the fridge door, and locate the handle screws. Depending on the model, these might be located on the top of the door frame, or on the side.
4. Use your screwdrivers to remove the screws and set them aside in a safe place.
5. With the screws removed, the handle should easily slide off. Carefully pull it off the door and set it aside.
6. Place the new handle onto the door frame making sure that it aligns with the existing holes.
7. Re-tighten the screws to securely hold the handle in place.
8. Reconnect the power source to the appliance.
9. Test the handle to ensure that it is securely in place and that the refrigerator door opens and closes properly.
