38008 Speed Queen Plastic Drive Helix Gear at Pulley

Step 1: Carefully unplug the Speed Queen 38008 HELIX from the electrical outlet.

Step 2: Locate the plastic timer housing located on the top of the machine.

Step 3: Remove the screws that secure the plastic timer housing to the machine.

Step 4: Carefully remove the plastic timer housing and set aside.

Step 5: Place the new replacement plastic timer into the housing and secure with the screws.

Step 6: Re-insert the timer housing back into the machine.

Step 7: Plug the Speed Queen 38008 HELIX back into the electrical outlet and turn on the power.

Step 8: Select the desired cycle setting on the timer and start the machine.
