Replacing the Whirlpool WP8564458 ABSORBER
DIY Instructions:
1. Turn off the power to the appliance and disconnect it from the wall.
2. Remove the front panel of the appliance by unscrewing the screws that surround the edges of the panel.
3. Locate the Whirlpool WP8564458 absorber. This part is typically located in the back of the appliance near the condenser coil.
4. Unscrew the screws that are securing the absorber to the cabinet.
5. Gently pull the absorber out of the cabinet and discard the old part.
6. Insert the new Whirlpool WP8564458 absorber into the cabinet.
7. Secure the absorber with the screws that were removed earlier.
8. Replace the front panel of the appliance and screw it back into place.
9. Reconnect the power to the appliance and turn it on.
10. Test the appliance to make sure that it is functioning properly.
