1. Start by unplugging the Whirlpool W11204019 motor from the power source and turning off the power switch.
2. Carefully unscrew the motor using a screwdriver and pull the motor away from the unit.
3. Take out the installation screws from the back end of the box and remove it from the unit.
4. Disconnect any wires or hoses connected to the box. Hold on to the bracket, screws and wiring that remains after removing the box.
5. Place the new replacement box into the unit. Secure it with the screws and bracket you've saved from before.
6. Reconnect any wiring or hoses, making sure all connections are secure and tight.
7. Place the motor in place and insert the screws to secure it.
8. Turn on the power switch and plug the motor back into the power source.
9. Test the motor to make sure everything is working properly. Make sure you don’t overuse the motor in one day.
10. Congratulations! You have successfully replaced your Whirlpool W11204019 box motor.
