DIY Instructions for Replacing the Speed Queen D513797P ASSY, DRYER OUTPUT CONTROL
1. Begin by unplugging the dryer from the wall outlet.
2. Remove the lint filter and lint trap cover from the dryer.
3. Carefully remove the screws from the back panel of the dryer.
4. Use a screwdriver to detach the wires connected to the dryer output control assembly (D513797P ASSY).
5. Remove the old dryer output control assembly from the dryer.
6. Position the new dryer output control assembly into place, making sure to connect all of the wiring correctly.
7. Secure the new dryer output control assembly with screws.
8. Re-attach the lint trap cover and lint filter.
9. Plug the dryer back into the wall outlet.
10. Test the dryer’s output control assembly to make sure it works properly.
