DIY Instructions for Replacing a Whirlpool WPW10679311 Ring-Turn
1. Shut off the power to your dishwasher by unplugging it or switching off the breaker in your electrical panel.
2. Open the dishwasher door and locate the ring-turn on the inside of the dishwasher tub.
3. Unscrew the screws that secure the ring-turn to the dishwasher tub with a screwdriver.
4. Pull the old ring-turn away from the dishwasher tub.
5. Take the new Whirlpool WPW10679311 ring-turn and place it into the opening in the dishwasher tub.
6. Secure the new ring-turn to the dishwasher tub with the screws you removed in step 3.
7. Turn the power back on to the dishwasher by plugging it back in (or switching the breaker in your electrical panel back on).
8. Test the new ring-turn by running a cycle on the dishwasher.
9. If the new ring-turn works properly, you’re done! If not, you’ll need to troubleshoot the issue.
