The Top Load Washer Timer controls the appliance’s cycle operations, including filling, soaking, washing, spinning and rinsing. If any of the contacts in your appliance’s timer have burned out, or if the motor inside the unit shorted out and the timer is no longer functioning, replacing this part may alleviate the issue.
