Replacing the Whirlpool W11402532 TRAY-COOK
1. Unplug the refrigerator and locate the screws that hold the ice maker into place.
2. Loosen the screws with a screwdriver.
3. Carefully pull the ice maker out from the freezer compartment.
4. Place the old ice maker aside and take the new one out of its packaging.
5. Insert the new ice maker into the slot where the old one was, making sure it’s properly aligned.
6. Secure the screws to hold the ice maker in place.
7. Plug the refrigerator back in and reset the power to the refrigerator.
8. Wait for the fridge to cool down to the proper temperature before placing food items inside.
9. After the refrigerator reaches the proper temperature, place the Whirlpool W11402532 TRAY-COOK in the designated area of the refrigerator.
10. Enjoy your new replacement part and make sure to clean and maintain your refrigerator regularly.
