Step 1: Unplug the refrigerator from power source and turn off water supply.
Step 2: Take off the screws from the broken handle with a Phillips-head screwdriver.
Step 3: Disconnect the wiring harness from the old handle, carefully pulling it out of the handle.
Step 4: Align the new Whirlpool W10827046 handle onto the door and insert the screws through the holes in the handle.
Step 5: Tighten the screws with a Phillips-head screwdriver until the handle is secured to the door.
Step 6: Plug in the wiring harness that is connected to the new handle and make sure it is securely plugged in.
Step 7: Turn on the water supply and check that the handle is secure and functioning properly.
Step 8: Replug the refrigerator into the power source and check that all functions properly.
