Step-by-Step Instructions for Replacing the Whirlpool 15" Trash Compactor Bags (Model W10165295RP)
1. Unplug your compactor from the wall outlet.
2. Open the door of the compactor and remove the full bag inside. Place it into a garbage can or bag for disposal.
3. Open the box of new replacement bags (Whirlpool Model W10165295RP).
4. Shake each bag out of the box and into the trash compactor then, as you unpack them, evenly distribute all 15 bags around the edges of the compactor bin.
5. Gently pull the drawstring on each bag and tie it securely to the anchor clip located in the center of each bag.
6. Close the compactor door and plug the unit back into the wall outlet.
7. Press the ‘Start’ button to begin compacting your trash with the new Whirlpool trash compactor bags.
8. Once finished, unplug the compactor and open the door to remove the compacted trash.
9. Repeat steps 2-8 as necessary to replace used bags when needed.
