Replacing a Frigidaire Refrigerator PureAdvantage Carbon Air Filter
1. Open the refrigerator door and locate the old filter, which is usually located near the top of the refrigerator wall or ceiling.
2. Pull the tab on the old filter to release it from the refrigerator.
3. Pull the old filter out slowly and be sure to rotate it slightly as you pull for a better grip.
4. Inspect the whole area to make sure no parts from the old filter remained in the refrigerator.
5. Take the new filter and insert it into the same slot as the old one, pushing it in firmly until it clicks into place.
6. Push the tab back down to ensure the filter is securely in place.
7. Close the refrigerator door and test that the filter is securely inserted.
8. Enjoy your newly-replaced Frigidaire Refrigerator PureAdvantage carbon air filter.
