Step By Step Guide to Replacing the 134592700 Frigidaire Washer Drain Hose
1. Unplug the washer from the electrical outlet.
2. Shut off the water supply valves located on the wall behind the washer.
3. Remove the existing drain hose from the washer.
4. Disconnect the hose from the wall drain pipe.
5. Secure a bucket below the wall drain pipe in which to catch any spilled water.
6. Insert the new washer drain hose into the wall drain pipe.
7. Secure the drain hose by tightening the nut on the wall drain pipe.
8. Connect the free end of the hose to the bottom of the washer.
9. Turn on the water supply valves located on the wall.
10. Plug the washer into the electrical outlet.
11. Test the new washer drain hose by setting the washer to the spin cycle and allowing it to run for a few minutes.
12. Check the area beneath the washer for any leaks.
13. If no leaks are found, the drain hose replacement is complete.
14. If a leak is noticed, disconnect the hose from the wall drain pipe, adjust the nut as necessary, reconnect the hose, and run the test cycle again.
