Step 1: Unplug the refrigerator from the wall socket and remove all food items.
Step 2: Remove the lower front panel of the fridge. You will need to unscrew the screws that hold the panel in place using a Phillips screwdriver.
Step 3: Locate the evaporator motor fan assembly. It will be located on the back wall of the refrigerator, behind the crisper drawers.
Step 4: Unscrew the two mounting screws holding the evaporator motor fan assembly in place.
Step 5: Disconnect the wiring harness from the motor by gently pulling the plug.
Step 6: Remove the old DA81-06013A Samsung Refrigerator Evaporator Motor Fan Assembly and replace with the new one.
Step 7: Reconnect the wiring harness to the new motor by firmly pushing the plug in.
Step 8: Secure the new motor into place with the two mounting screws.
Step 9: Reinstall the bottom front panel of the refrigerator and secure it with the screws.
Step 10: Plug in the refrigerator and return all food items.
