1. Unplug the refrigerator from the wall outlet.
2. Remove the food items from the fridge, and move the shelves around so you have better access to the shelf glas.
3. Secure the shelf glas: Use two pliers to gently remove the retaining springs that are holding the shelf glas in place.
4. Remove the old shelf glas: Gently slide the old shelf glas out of the frame.
