The Dishwasher Water Inlet Valve allows the appliance to fill with water and successfully complete the cleaning cycle. If your dishwasher won't fill properly or overflows and leaks water on the floor, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience.
