Replacing the Whirlpool W11518273 Tube-Water
1. Shut off the water supply to your Whirlpool washing machine. Unplug the washing machine from the wall outlet before replacing the tube-water.
2. Place buckets or towels on the floor directly beneath the hose connections to catch any leaked water.
3. Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the unions of the existing water supply hoses. These are located behind the washer, and connecting the washer to the cold and hot water pipes.
4. Remove the existing hose and use pliers to disconnect the hose clamps from the Whirlpool W11518273 tube-water.
5. Place the new tube-water into position and use the pliers to reattach the hose clamps to the new tube-water.
6. Reattach the water supply hoses to the unions on the back of the washer, using the adjustable wrench. Tighten them securely.
7. Turn on the water supply at the valves behind the washer. Check for any leaks in the new tube-water.
8. Plug the washer back into the wall outlet and turn the machine on. Check the new tube-water for any leaks or flaws.
