Step 1: Unplug the power cord of your Whirlpool W11434044 valve-inlet from the electrical outlet and turn off the water supply.
Step 2: Disconnect the water supply lines from the inlet valve.
Step 3: Take off the mounting bracket by unscrewing the screws that are holding the valve to the appliance.
Step 4: Remove the old valve by disconnecting the wires and then unscrewing the mounting screws.
Step 5: Install the new valve by connecting the wires, screwing on the mounting screws, and then inserting it into the appliance.
Step 6: Connect the water supply lines to the inlet valve and make sure they are tightened properly.
Step 7: Reinstall the mounting bracket and secure it with screws.
Step 8: Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet and turn the water supply on.
Step 9: Test the valve for proper functioning by turning the control knob.
Step 10: Enjoy your newly replaced Whirlpool W11434044 valve-inlet.
