W10811599 Whirlpool Burner Head
This Gas Range Surface Burner Base, Center is a 6K BTU base that distributes gas through holes or slots of your burner to create an even flame across the cooking area. This burner base is for stove tops with a center range burner. To install the part, remove the range grate and burner cap. Use a T-20 Torx bit to unthread the screws securing the old base. Lift the old base out and align the new surface burner base hole with the surface igniter on the range. Thread and tighten the screws to secure the new base into place. Installing this item will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the range and novice repair experience. Remember to unplug the range or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this item. Also make sure to turn off the gas valve before the repair.

1. Unplug the fridge from the electrical source and turn off the water supply before replacing the Whirlpool W10811599 BURNR-HEAD.
2. Locate the gas burner head inside your appliance by unscrewing the screws that hold the burner tray.
3. Remove the old burner head by gently disconnecting the gas line from the hose connected to the burner head.
4. Make sure the new burner head is properly connected to the hose and the gas line before installation.
5. Place the new Whirlpool W10811599 BURNR-HEAD in the same position as the older one was installed.
6. After firmly tightening the screws to secure the burner tray, turn on both the water supply and the electrical source.
7. Check for leaks where the new burner head was installed and give your appliance a few minutes to heat up before use.
8. Once the Whirlpool W10811599 BURNR-HEAD has been replaced, you can start using your appliance as normal.
