Replacing the Whirlpool W10728863 DISHRACK
1. Open your dishwasher and locate the part you wish to replace. The Whirlpool W10728863 Dishrack should be visible in front of you.
2. Unhook the wires from the end of the existing dishrack. These wires are used to provide power to the motor when the dishwasher is running.
3. Remove any plastic or metal clips securing the dishrack in place. Use a flathead screwdriver or a pair of pliers if necessary.
4. Take out the existing dishrack by gently pulling it out of the dishwasher. You may need to wiggle it gently to loosen it.
5. Place the new Whirlpool W10728863 dishrack into the dishwasher. Make sure it is orientated in the same direction as the old one.
6. Secure the dishrack using the plastic and metal clips, if necessary. Make sure they are securely fastened.
7. Connect the wires back to the end of the dishrack. Make sure the connection is tight and secure.
8. Close the dishwasher door and test the new dishrack. Run a cycle to make sure everything is working properly.
