Step 1: Locate the W10173479 HARNS-WIRE located on the back of your Whirlpool appliance.
Step 2: Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.
Step 3: Remove the mounting screws from the back of the appliance to access the W10173479 HARNS-WIRE.
Step 4: Disconnect the wires from the old W10173479 HARNS-WIRE.
Step 5: Insert the new W10173479 HARNS-WIRE in its place and connect the wires to the new harness.
Step 6: Secure the harness in place with the mounting screws.
Step 7: Plug the appliance back into the wall outlet.
Step 8: Test the appliance to make sure it is working properly.
