This Range Oven Door Outer Panel Assembly, Stainless includes both the outer frame for your oven in stainless and the glass of your oven, which is black, and covers the outermost part of the oven door. Installing this trim will require basic hand tools and some disassembly of the oven. Previous repair experience will be helpful but is not necessary. Replacing the Whirlpool WPW10634271 GLASS-DOOR
1. Before starting the repair, unplug the refrigerator or shut off the power at the household circuit breaker or fuse box.
2. Remove the screws on the sides of the existing GLASS-DOOR.
3. Carefully pull off the existing GLASS-DOOR and place it on a flat surface, out of the way.
4. Take your new Whirlpool WPW10634271 GLASS-DOOR and align it to the outer frame that is left behind from the old GLASS-DOOR.
5. Secure the new GLASS-DOOR by replacing the screws onto the side.
6. Test the new GLASS-DOOR for any leaks or lack of seal.
7. Plug back in the refrigerator or turn on the power at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
8. Replace any food items that were removed from the fridge, and enjoy a secure and leak free GLASS-DOOR.
