Replacing the WPW10082861 Whirlpool Slide Rail Stop, Upper
DIY instructions
1. Unplug the refrigerator and shut off the water supply to the refrigerator.
2. Remove the upper slide rail by taking out the screws with a screwdriver.
3. Take out the old slide rail stop by gently pulling it out.
4. Place the new slide rail stop in its place and secure it with the screws.
5. Reconnect the water supply line and plug in the refrigerator.
6. To test the new slide rail stop, open and close the slide rail and make sure the new stop is secure.
