WP99002687 Whirlpool Tine Pivot Clip
The Dishwasher Tine Row Clip holds the tine row in place in the upper dishrack of your appliance and allows it to pivot up and down. If one or more of your tine row clips are cracked or damaged, you can easily replace them with this item. This gray plastic part measures approx. 4" L x 1" W. Replacing this clip will require no disassembly or repair experience. Step-By-Step Guide to Replacing the WP99002687 Whirlpool Tine Pivot Clip
1. Begin by unplugging your dishwasher from the power supply and turning off the water supply.
2. Remove the lower rack of the dishwasher and locate the WP99002687 Whirlpool Tine Pivot Clip.
3. Unscrew the tine pivot clip from the rack by using a small flathead screwdriver.
4. Take the new WP99002687 Whirlpool Tine Pivot Clip and fit it into the slots on the underside of the rack.
5. Securely tighten the tine pivot clip with a small flathead screwdriver.
6. Re-install the lower rack into the dishwasher and plug the power supply back in.
7. Turn the water supply back on and test the dishwasher to make sure the clip is functioning properly.
