Replacing the Whirlpool WP8273104 KNOB
DIY Instructions
1. Start by disconnecting the power source of the appliance. For safety, remove the plug from the power socket.
2. Search for the Whirlpool WP8273104 KNOB and remove it from the control panel. It may be held on with a locking mechanism. Use a flathead screwdriver to help.
3. Place the new knob over the posts of the control panel, making sure to line them up correctly.
4. Secure the knob into place using your fingers or a flathead screwdriver. Push the knob onto the posts until it is locked in place.
5. Reconnect the power supply to the appliance. Plug the cord back into the socket and switch it to the 'on' position.
6. Test the new knob by turning it on and off to select different settings. The knob should work smoothly and lock into place when needed.
