1. Start by shutting off the power to the refrigerator. Make sure it’s unplugged, or the circuit breaker is off.
2. Open the refrigerator door and remove all of the items from the refrigerator.
3. Locate the shelf. It is typically located towards the back of the refrigerator.
4. Carefully remove the shelf by grasping it firmly at the corners and gently pulling straight down.
5. Inspect the parts for any signs of damage and replace any that are damaged.
6. Place the new Whirlpool WP12204826 SHELF-GLAS in the appropriate location and make sure it’s securely in place.
7. Place all of the items back into the refrigerator.
8. Restore the power to the refrigerator.
9. Your Whirlpool WP12204826 SHELF-GLAS replacement is now complete.
