The following parts are replaced by this product
- W10715783
1. Unplug the washer power cord from the wall outlet.
2. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to release the plastic cap on the top of the agitator.
3. Lift up the agitator and remove the clutch assembly and agitator dogs, then set them aside.
4. Slide out the old Whirlpool W11418231 agitator.
5. Place the new Whirlpool W11418231 agitator into the washer tub.
6. Reinstall the clutch assembly and agitator dogs.
7. Place the plastic cap back onto the top of the agitator.
8. Plug the washer power cord back into the wall outlet.
9. Turn on the washer and test its performance.
