Note that your crisper drawer has two end caps (sold separately, left hand W11173721); this part is designed specifically to be used on the right side (from the point of view of looking into the appliance). DIY: How to Replace the Whirlpool W11209881 Plate
1. Prepare for the Replacement: Before beginning, make sure you have the right tools and supplies for the repair. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver and the replacement Whirlpool W11209881 plate.
