Replacing the Whirlpool Dishwasher Upper Dishrack Roller Assembly (W11157085)
DIY Instructions
1. Shut off the power to the dishwasher. Unplug it from its power source or flip the breaker switch that is supplying power to the dishwasher.
2. Carefully open the dishwasher door and make sure that the dishrack is empty. If any dishes remain, remove them and set them aside.
3. Locate the roller assembly on the upper dishrack. It should be located at the back, near the top of the dishrack.
4. Place one hand on either side of the roller assembly and gently pull it away from the dishrack. This will loosen the rollers and allow them to be removed.
5. Pull the rollers out of the dishrack and place them aside.
6. Take the replacement roller assembly (W11157085) and slide it into the track at the back of the dishrack. Make sure that it is securely in place.
7. Push the roller assembly into place until it securely locks into position.
8. Close the dishwasher door and plug the dishwasher back in or turn the circuit breaker back on.
9. Test the dishwasher to ensure that the roller assembly is properly installed and functioning correctly.
