Step 1: Unplug the refrigerator and move it away from the wall to access the shelf-glas.
Step 2: Remove the screws that are holding the shelf-glas in place.
Step 3: Carefully lift the shelf-glas from its hold in the refrigerator and set it aside.
Step 4: Insert the new Whirlpool W11097340 SHELF-GLAS into the refrigerator.
Step 5: Secure the shelf-glas in place by replacing the screws.
Step 6: Push the refrigerator back against the wall.
Step 7: Plug the refrigerator back in and turn it on.
