1. Disconnect the power supply to the dishwasher prior to any repair work.
2. Remove the lower access panel, which is located on the bottom front of the appliance.
3. Locate the Whirlpool W11028738 holder-orf and note which direction it is facing.
4. Unscrew the screw holding the holder-orf in place.
5. Carefully remove the holder-orf from its original position.
6. Insert the new holder-orf in the same direction as the original part and make sure that it is properly secured.
7. Tighten the screw firmly to hold the new holder-orf in place.
8. Reassemble the lower access panel and reconnect the power supply.
9. Test the dishwasher and ensure that it is working correctly.
