Replacing the Whirlpool W10903747 GLASS-DOOR SHELF
1. Start by unplugging your refrigerator from the power source. You should also shut off the water supply to the refrigerator so you can safely access the internal tubing and connections preventing any water leakage.
2. Remove all of the items from the refrigerator shelf, including any clips or wire baskets that are attached.
3. Next, locate the glass-door shelf inside the refrigerator. This component is usually held in place by two plastic plugs at the rear of the refrigerator and two metal retainers at the front.
4. Carefully remove the shelves from their brackets by lifting up on them and then pulling them towards you.
5. Once the old shelf has been removed, you can now begin to insert the new shelf into place. Make sure to line up the mounting holes on the backside of the shelf with the plastic plugs.
6. Push the shelf all the way in until it is secured in place. Then, replace the two metal retainers at the front of the refrigerator.
7. Finally, check to make sure that the shelf is level and secure, and then put all of your items back into the refrigerator.
8. Plug the refrigerator back into its power source and turn the water supply back on. Your new glass-door shelf should now be securely in place and your refrigerator is ready to use.
Please keep in mind, these instructions are for general guidance and should always be used in conjunction with the manufacturer's manual, if available.
