Replacing the W10235661 Whirlpool Downdraft Motor Control
1. Unplug the appliance from its power source.
2. Remove the downdraft motor from the appliance by loosening the screws and nuts that hold it in place.
3. Disconnect the wiring harness connected to the motor.
4. Install the new W10235661 Whirlpool motor control, making sure that all the wiring is connected as it was with the old motor control.
5. Secure the new motor control in place with the screws and nuts previously removed.
6. Plug in the appliance and turn on the power to ensure that the motor control is working properly.
7. Test the operating of the motor control to ensure it is working properly.
