Step 1: Locate the old Suspension Rod Kit – The Frigidaire 5304511329 Suspension Rod Kit can be found near the back of the refrigerator where the compressor is located.
Step 2: Disconnect the power – Before starting any work on your refrigerator, make sure to disconnect the power source. Unplug the refrigerator from the wall or shut off the breaker on the electrical panel (whichever is easiest). This will ensure that no electricity will be flowing through the refrigerator while you are working on it.
Step 3: Take out the old Suspension Rod Kit – Use your hands to carefully pull out the old Suspension Rod Kit. It should come off easily, but if not, use a flat head screwdriver to gently pry it loose.
