Step 1: Unplug your refrigerator by pulling the plug out of the wall outlet.
Step 2: Locate the 318578506 Frigidaire High Limit Thermostat located near the bottom of the refrigerator.
Step 3: Remove the two screws on either side of the thermostat that are holding it in place.
Step 4: Carefully remove the old thermostat by disconnecting any wires connected to it.
Step 5: Take the new thermostat and connect it to the same wires as the old one, making sure to match the colors.
Step 6: Securely attach the new thermostat to the refrigerator with the screws that were removed in step 2.
Step 7: Plug the refrigerator back into the wall and turn it back on.
Step 8: Adjust the temperature dial on the thermostat until it is to your desired level.
