Step 1: Locate the fan motor in your U-Line refrigerator and verify it is indeed the 80-54378-00 part.
Step 2: Take off the back cover to access the fan motor. Use a screwdriver to remove the mounting screws and disconnect the power wires from the fan motor.
Step 3: Fit the new fan motor into place. Secure with the mounting screws and reconnect the power wires.
Step 4: Test the motor to ensure it is running correctly.
Step 5: Replace the back cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
