Replacing the Samsung DE81-03987A SVC-FILTER POWER PACK
Before you start replacing the Samsung DE81-03987A SVC-FILTER POWER PACK, make sure that you have all the necessary tools and replacement parts needed for the repair.
Tools Needed:
- Phillips screwdriver
- Flat screwdriver
- Small pliers
- Flashlight
Replacement Parts Needed:
- Samsung DE81-03987A SVC-FILTER POWER PACK
Step 1: Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Step 2: Remove the screws on the back side of the SVC-FILTER POWER PACK with a Phillips screwdriver.
Step 3: After all the screws have been removed, carefully remove the cover of the SVC-FILTER POWER PACK using a flat screwdriver.
Step 4: Disconnect all cables and wires connected to the SVC-FILTER POWER PACK. Pay close attention to the color code of each cable or wire so you can reconnect them properly when installing the new SVC-FILTER POWER PACK.
Step 5: Use a small pair of pliers to remove the metal clips and plastic retainers if any are present.
