1. Begin by disconnecting the power cord of your Samsung DE81-02400A. Make sure it is unplugged before you continue with the repair.
2. Find the four screws that are located on the bottom of the unit and unscrew them. These screws hold the stove top and bottom grates in place.
3. Remove the stove top grates and then locate the two screws that hold the burner in place. Unscrew these screws to remove the burner.
4. Take out the old burner and insert the new Samsung DE81-02400A SVC-CAP BURNER 9.5K LP. Make sure it is correctly aligned and properly secured.
5. Place the stove top grates back on, followed by the bottom grates.
6. Secure the grates back in place using the four original screws.
7. Plug the power cord back in and resume using the stove top.
