DIY Steps for Replacing the DC92-01896G Samsung Dryer Holder PCB Assembly
1. You will need to unplug your dryer from the power outlet and remove any and all items inside of the drum.
2. Access the back of the dryer. You will do this by lifting the top panel to view the interior.
3. Once you are looking at the inside of the dryer, locate the two Phillips screws located on the back of the machine.
4. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen and remove both screws.
5. Slide the dryer holder off the machine. This should give you access to the PCB assembly.
6. Unscrew the three screws that secure the part to the holder.
7. Carefully pull the part off the holder and remove all wires connected to the part.
8. With the old part removed, place the new DC92-01896G Samsung Dryer Holder PCB Assembly in position and reconnect all wires.
9. Secure the part to the holder with the three screws.
10. Slide the holder back into place and replace the two Phillips screws.
11. Replace the top panel and plug the dryer back in to the power outlet.
12. Test your dryer to ensure the replacement was successful.
